Professional firestop acrylic sealant is a type of sealant that serves to prevent the spread of fire, smoke and heat through joints and penetrations of systems. It is a single-component product in water dispersion which forms an elastic rubber after drying.

Description

The professional fireproof acrylic sealant has the property of intumescere, i.e. to swell and carbonize in case of exposure to fire, creating an insulating and resistant barrier. The professional firestop acrylic sealant is suitable for sealing linear joints and partitions in walls and floors, and for sealing non-combustible cable and pipe penetrations. The professional firestop acrylic sealant has a fire resistance class of up to EI 240, i.e. up to 240 minutes of thermal insulation and mechanical integrity.
Acrylic sealant for the creation of fire-resistant joints, for sealing windows, walls, stairs, prefabricated panels, doors, passages for pipes, cables and ducts.
Suitable for internal and external sealing on concrete, plaster, masonry and wood.
